I opened up my dahlia tuber sales this week, I thought I had double and triple checked everything.
I had a decimal point in the wrong spot for shipping.
It was a big financial deal. I was alerted to the issue quickly by a client, figured out the issue and sent an emergency email.
My clients showed up. They bought tubers. They bought tubers even with crazy shipping prices.
They supported me.
I refunded the over charges. Every single person was kind to me even though I made the mistake, kinda a big one.
