This beautiful bouquet had a very special request, to use our Japanese Anemones! Not a common request nor a common flower. We were so excited when the client asked if we grew any or could get some from the wholesaler. Of course we grow Japanese Anemones! We have only about 75 plants in the ground. Love that the client knows that flower and that we were able to make a beautiful custom arrangement for them.

Bulbs are in!!! We have 12 varieties of tulips and 1 of daffodils. More to come soon! Here at Saturdays 7am-1pm

We love this kind of project. Working with a specialty rose that we don’t grow, adding our own flowers and greenery to make a unique custom bouquet is an exciting challenge.

We loved doing our spring and early summer subscriptions so much that we’re ecstatic to announce our Late Summer Subscription!

We are offering a 6 week flower subscription starting August 24 and going until the end of September. Pick up will be .chocolate in downtown Ferndale. We’re thrilled about this new pop-up and expect everyone to share which chocolates are their favorites.

A mini augur is hands down the best way to plant bulbs, especially in an existing garden. They come in a variety of sizes and making planting bulbs so easy! Watch out for roots, rocks, the cord, and anything else that may be buried. Dahlias are definitely a favorite of ours but it is a labor of love! From sorting and labeling the tubers, to the growing season and harvesting, to checking for disease and sanitizing tools, to overwintering the tubers. We are thrilled to announce that we bought a flower shop!!! This has been a dream of ours that we thought might never become a reality. Finding the listing when we did was synchronistic, almost like it was meant to be. We are honored to be the next owners of one of the oldest (and the best) flower shops in metro Detroit @tiffanyflorist1973 . We look forward to learning more about the floral business, doing large events, and bringing our flowers into the shop. You can plan on seeing our flowers there starting in the spring as well as at the farmers markets. Brent will maintain our urban farm and help out at the shop for large events and holidays. Michael will be running the shop and helping out in the garden for planting and harvesting days. Thanks to each of you for supporting our journey. We couldn’t have done this without all of you!
