📡We have some news for you, friends📡
We’re starting work on something BIG. We can’t tell you much about it just yet, but it’ll be taking up enough of our time that we’ve decided to take this season off from opening our truck. As of now, we are CLOSED FOR 2023. It’s a tough choice and we’ll miss you all, but we’re still a tiny team and the reality is that we can only be so many places at once.

Of course this isn’t goodbye and if you haven’t figured out why we’re taking the year off yet, we’ll just tell you it’ll be worth the wait. In the meantime, come hang with us this summer at in downtown Detroit.

We love sharing this planet with you, and we love cooking for you. As always, we thank everyone who continues to be a part of our journey.

Did you get one of these rad shirts from us? Well, the bad news is that it turns out the ink wasn’t cured onto the fabric properly and flakes off when you wash it. The good news is that our printer took ownership and fixed them for us. If you bought one of these, come see us this weekend for a replacement. If you can’t make it over, send us a message and we’ll make it right.

Pantone matched monochrome logo on black, in person only tomorrow from 1-6. We also have sandwiches.

Recently, some guy decided to write our first Yelp review. As a result, Yelp has been contacting us multiple times every day to “claim our page” so that we can then buy into promotions, etc. We’re not big fans of Yelp’s business model of monetizing reviews and selling a business’s contact information to third party marketers, so we’re not going to do that. We have a Google page and while we invite everyone to speak their full and truthful opinion freely online, it’s a huge help to get good reviews. If you have a moment and some words please find us on Google and tell us how you really feel. And if we ever f**k up, please let us know.

Bacon in the sun, right out of the smoker. Our house bacon is cured with extra maple and rubbed with lots of black pepper and coriander. We slice it at about #4.5 and cook it crispy for BLTs and chewy for burgers.

Tonight’s our only night of public service for the week since we’ve got a couple of private events, come check us out tonight at from 5-9!

BLTs ARE BACK!!

The best sandwich is made with the best tomatoes. We’ll stop at nothing to find our favorite.

Tomatoes are the main ingredient here, but the other ones for this first round are house cured and smoked bacon, lettuce from the garden, Crispelli’s sourdough, and fermented ramp leaf mayo.

We love summer.

This weekend, we’re bringing back a Satellite Season 1 fave. This BBQ pork sandwich starts with pork shoulder smoked by our bffs pulled and tossed in our own yerdmeh sauce and cooled down with coconut ranch jalapeño slaw. Satty Q, baby.
