I'm wrapping up my final few galleries before the end of the year and I can't believe we're almost to 2025!Chelsea and Teddy planned a beautiful wedding day on Teddy’s family property in Carbondale. From the beginning they jumped into their theme of Vintage Aspen - some western, some cowboy, some bougie, very them and a compliment to the ways that their design aesthetics works better together.
The ceremony site by the river was framed with two aspen trees, and featured a beautiful bridge that they each got to walk over on the way to the alter and each other. They shared personalized vows and lots of laughs (and just a few tears) while their ceremony was officiated by a good friend of theirs.
When they walked back down the aisle married it was to loud cheers from their friends and family and as shower of flower petals.
The tent was gorgeously decorated and guests got to walk past the live fires that were actively smoking and cooking their dinner meat on the way (a real cool touch for the evening).
We snuck away for sunset photo after dinner and visited the neighboring horses in the in the nearby pasture while the sun sank behind the mountains.
The temperature dropped with the sun, but the band kicked it in high gear and kept guests warm on the dance floor for hours after. During their second set, Teddy (a full fledged musician on his own), got up on stage and joined the band for two songs that he dedicated to Chelsea. He brought the house down with his rendition of “Valerie”.
From them on out, it was music, dancing, cake, and more dancing, until the evening would down late into the night.
