We can't talk about Renae and Rachel with Signature Events enough! We have had the honor of working alongside them through multiple wedding days, and now don't ever want to do another wedding without them! Their years and years of experience and connections make them masters at their craft. Their impeccable attention to detail can ensure that every part of the event they are planning and coordinating runs smoothly. They make sure that the bride can sit back on her wedding day and enjoy it knowing that every aspect is perfect, and her guests are taken care of. Not only are they masterminds at planning and coordinating, but they also are genuinely the most kind and precious souls you will ever meet. “I could not recommend Renae (Signature Events) enough as a wedding coordinator. Let me tell you, she is WORTH EVERY PENNY. I had a fast upcoming wedding, with just 7 months between my engagement and wedding day. Due to COVID-19 we had to re-schedule our wedding, and Renae was a trooper through the whole ordeal. We did a walk through about 2 months prior to the wedding, and Renae had literally thought of everything (from placement of welcome tables, to timelines, to figuring out who would put out our hors d'oeuvres after the ceremony). Many of these small details hadn't even gone through my mind, but Renae made sure every box was checked and every detail had a plan. Being a COVID bride was stressful, but Renae made sure that I felt prepared for my big day. On our wedding day she was a rockstar. She arrived early that morning. She made sure she understood my vision for my wedding and reception space and went straight to work. She allowed me to really enjoy my day with bridesmaids and family, and not worry about decorating or contacting vendors. She really has a gift for bringing a wedding space to life. I was blown away with my reception space. We even had a fiasco with my wedding dress (what wedding doesn't have some type of chaos?!). Luckily we were able to fix it, but Renae was already on the phone with the owner of a local bridal salon and ready to head to there to get a corset string for my dress. The fact that she remained so calm and collected during that stressful time and had a plan to help was greatly appreciated. Throughout our ceremony and reception we stayed on time, and Renae made sure everyone was where they needed to be. She led me and my husband around the reception and made sure we were able to complete everything on our wedding day itinerary in a timely fashion while allowing us to have fun and enjoy the day as well. Ladies if you are contemplating using Signature Events for your wedding day coordinator, just DO IT. Don't hesitate to hire them. Hiring Renae was the best money that I spent on my entire wedding!”

As our feature today I am honored to introduce you to one of my right hand gals! One of my favorite people…EVER! Meet her and you will feel the same way too!

Meet Rachel!
Event Coordinator

She prides herself on her ability to work hard to relieve stress and worry from her couples – all while allowing them to fully embrace their special day instead of being distracted by small details and timelines.

A people pleaser at heart, Rachel fearlessly advocates for your wedding day dreams. Rachel’s problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and unwavering positive attitude add so much to the team. When we say “attention to detail”- this gal doesn’t mess around. She’s never met a chair she didn’t straighten.

For Rachel, nothing is more rewarding than seeing her clients loving every moment of their perfect day. There’s not a checklist she can’t conquer nor a timeline she can’t tame. Those are actually a few of her favorite games…spoiler – she always wins.

Rachel believes your wedding day is one of the most notable days of your life, and having the opportunity to make the process easier and more beautiful for her couples is not something she takes lightly. While always making sure that every last piece of your day is absolutely perfect, Rachel will also be there to make sure you don’t forget to breathe, make sure you don’t get hangry, and make sure you cry those happy tears…all the happy tears!

Meet Renae
Owner / Senior Event Manager / Lead Coordinator…..AKA Head Boss Babe.

She’s sweet, sassy, and a little bad-assy. Renae is an unapologetic advocate for her couples. Trust me, she will fight for you. She will also laugh, cry, and dream with you. When she says she will bring those dreams to reality, she means it and then some. She is prepared for anything, and that’s probably because she’s seen just about everything. One thing about Renae, she’s one of the most positive people you’ll meet. She’ll sniff out the silver lining in every situation, wedding day emergencies included.

Renae keeps her finger on the pulse of all things style. Her eye for design and the way that she can bring the beauty to any situation is one of the things our couples love most about her…well that and the fact that she’s like, uber cool. Renae draws design inspiration from fresh flowers, vibrant color stories, playful patterns, and all things moody. She brings the party to every event she is at, but more than that, she makes sure that our couples have a calm, fun, and enjoyable experience from the moment they meet. She is fearless, passionate, and the one you want by your side.

Renae is the addition to your wedding you won’t regret…but don’t just take our word for it. The only thing she loves more than seeing months of work and planning come together, is seeing the joy it brings the couple and their family on their perfect day.
