I just want to take a second to share a special project from an incredibly talented friend of mine and her cookie business! It is always a great thing when small businesses are thriving and caring enough to be able to give back. Any support from my clients and community would be greatly appreciated! Hi! Long winded post ahead 🙃 so I’ve been busy, working on some special projects, while keeping my kids alive😅

Back in 2021 maybe, I had an idea. My best friend was having a baby, and we were still *in our pandemic era* so we couldn’t celebrate. But same pandemic robbed our chance to celebrate the last time she had a baby, so I decided to bring my idea to life. I bought a box, a big one. Went out, bought some baby shower decorations, printed & filled out these games, bought a bunch of baby necessities, and decorated some cookies. Threw all of these things in this big ol box & decorated it. Her very own baby shower in a box. Can confirm, she loved it.

I know it’s not ideal, but not everyone gets the chance at these elaborate events or has access to a village, but you know what? Motherhood is so many things. It’s beautiful, bittersweet, exhausting, heartwarming but most importantly, it’s hard. It’s a wild ride and every mama deserves to be celebrated as they enter the greatest journey of their lives.

Fast forward, this idea continues to sit in my mind, and I wanted to do something with it. Enter Sprinkles of Love. Once a month, we will be picking ONE nominated mama, and sprinkling some love on her and her little baby. At the end of the month, mama will receive:
- a baby blanket
- 2 embroidered onesies (by yours truly)
- 2 footsies
- 1 pack of diapers
- 1 pack of wipes
- a custom decorated set of cookies
- bonus gift for mama🤍

Now, if you don’t know an expecting mama or recently new mama but want to contribute, here’s a couple of ways. I have a wishlist linked in my linktree solely for Sprinkles of Love. I also am looking to collect cards to mamas to be each month to put in their bundle, just sending them well wishes and shower them with love.
