Chef Allan is prepping for the antique fair tomorrow so he won't be serving lunch. Come to the village green tomorrow for a delicious plate of BBQ Chicken with salad and corn and bean salsa, hot dogs and burgers.

We hope you’re having a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. Although the cafe isn’t open Allan is available for catering. If you miss your Chef Alan food or a specific dish, please know that catering is his passion.

This is a salad he made for a party yesterday with his amazing ginger citrus vinaigrette.
