Mental health and wedding planning may not always go hand-in-hand. But one big tip we can give our couples, is to surround themselves with those they love on their wedding day!

Remember - The guests that matter won't mind the small hiccups, and the guests that do mind, don't matter!

If you're taking advantage of those deals today, we've got a few tips for you when it comes to ordering wedding decorations online!

1. Open and fluff your faux flowers about a week before the wedding so they don't look squished/flat.

2. Open Everything! No matter what you order, open it to make sure all of the needed parts are there.

3. Make a plan! If something needs to be put together, decided who is going to put it together and when. If you are going to put items together at your venue make sure you bring any tools you might need (like screw drivers) to get the job done.

4. When it comes to international shipping we recommend ordering items from overseas several months in advance, in case of delays. It's also a good idea to not order items that are going to make or break your special day from overseas, just in case they get delayed or don't come at all! (Ex: A custom wedding topper or card box)

4. Proof read. Double check all of the words, dates, and/or initials are correct on your signs, as soon as you get them! That way if there are errors, you still have time to send them back to get corrected.

We often work with couples from out of town, or even out of state, who have fallen in love with the changing leaves and the crisp mountain air. Couples that couldn't imagine a more beautiful backdrop of their wedding day!

Serendipity is a beautiful space for weddings of 100 guests or less, that provides tables, chairs and a day of event coordinator.
