We have a minimum of two coordinators on site during your event, to make sure everything runs smoothly. We also offer planner package upgrades where we take the stress off of you even more by decorating and cleaning up for you!

Serendipity has been an event venue for over 30 years! While we have done quite a bit to the property since we took over, our indoor and outdoor spaces are tried and true for any style wedding or event.

We heard there is finally snow in the forecast this week! So we're throwing it back to the last time it snowed in Northern Arizona, back in October, when we had the honor of hosting this dark & moody wedding day!

While we weren't expecting snow showers then, the flurries of snow made this wedding extra magical!

If you're invited to a wedding this year, here are a few quick tips for you! Because we know you want to be the best guest ever!

1. When you receive your invitation, read everything thoroughly. If there is a wedding website, take the time to read all of it!
Your couple probably took a lot of time creating your invitation and their website. Both of which include important information that probably answers any questions you may have.

2. Do your own research!
It's ok to arrange your own lodging and transportation! In fact, your couple will probably be pleasantly surprised if you do, because it takes 1 less worry off their plates!

3. Follow the Golden Rule!
The best guests follow the simple rules of using please and thank you to the vendors and staff. They follow the dress code, and participate in any photos, dances, and games that are asked of the guests, and they do it with a smile! Don't forget it's an honor to be a guest at your couples special day!

Time for a little speech - For the second year in a row, Viola's Weddings & Events has the honor of accepting the Best of Flag 2024 award for the best in the Event Planning category!

To say that we are honored is an understatement, because the people in our community see and as more than just wedding venues.

We provide spaces where people celebrate their greatest moments in life like weddings, graduations, birthdays and anniversaries. As well as comforting places for celebrations of life.

On top of our stunning spaces, we are lucky enough to have a local staff that cares! Our staff goes above and beyond any "normal" venue because we are invested in the success of your event, not just with the background "venue stuff."

We appreciate every single person who voted for us this year, because without you, we wouldn't have been able to pull off our BIGGEST YEAR EVER with over 150 events between both venues!

We love what we do, and we couldn't do it without you!

Thanks to our parent company our landscaping is beautiful all year around and highlights each season perfectly. In the spring you can find Pansies and Viola's galore, providing stunning backdrops for your wedding day photos!
