Wanna know the most common thing that couples forget during their wedding planning process?

Dessert plates and utensils!!!!

Your baker, venue and caterer are NOT responsible for providing these things so you need to be prepared!

You can ask your caterer *ahead of time* to provide extra plates and utensils, but remember, this may be an extra cost. Or you can choose to provide your own.

On that note - You need to have a game plan of who is going to cut and plate your cake too! Many caterers charge to cut your cake, and so do most venues. So be sure to inquire about what happens after the two of you do your symbolic cake cutting and who will make sure your guests get a slice of yummy-ness too!
