I’m working on some instagram posts at a coffee shop so I downloaded Molly and Aarons video to share. Why am I tearing up every 5 seconds 😅 because Molly and Aaron’s day was filled with so many heartfelt words of love and joy and we were so honored to capture that feeling in a video. Here’s just the tiniest clip from the full video.
Also special is that these were some family members of one of our past amazing couples @mattynice3 and @monmonmelon, so it was so fun to see them there!

One of our favorite parts of a wedding is hearing the special words throughout your day and weaving those in through your video so you never forget them. Kalli and Matt had some of the best vows ✨
My favorite part of Andrew + Rylees video that Greg just finished. The grooms reaction gets me every time 🥹
Lexi + Greg at the Gardens ✨ so excited about this film we just delivered!
A little personal post to share our family trip to Washington this summer. Magical to see if through their eyes and enjoy it like kids ✨🌊
Ruth + Fred video preview ✨
We’re hard at work finishing up our spring and summer galleries for our couples, here’s a clip from Samantha and Ty’s day at Serendipity, such a sweet celebration of their love and family!
I recently saw a post from a bride a couple days after her wedding: “It was fun but I’m so glad that all that planning is over!”
Wedding Coordination is probably the main way that the experience of your wedding day can feel more enjoyable and stress-free.
Below are some benefits of a wedding coordinator:
They are a buffer between you and problems that pop up – allowing you to be emotionally present
They allow your family and friends to celebrate too!
They’ll interface with vendors about logistical details
Minimize back and forth emails with vendors about logistics
Other vendors REALLY appreciate a great coordinator who is on top of the details
We noticed all these issues and wanted to support our couples better. We have added wedding coordination as one of our services!
A few practical examples of how our team could help you:
✓ Create and distribute wedding day timeline to all vendors
✓ Attend wedding rehearsal and guide the wedding party through the ceremony
✓ Troubleshoot emergencies that pop up
✓ Set up and style personal details and miscellaneous items
And lots and lots much more…
What other questions do you have about wedding coordination? Post them in the comments below!
The wedding day has lots of events, and you’ll be thinking about how to fit them all in. Today, we’ve put together 5 things to keep in mind when planning your own timeline. When you book with us, we create and initial timeline for you with our expertise, and don’t forget we have a coordinator you can add on for your day to help everything run even smoother!
1. Ceremony Time
This is the most important moment of the day! We would recommend starting your timeline with the ceremony time, and fitting everything else around it. If you would like to have time to take photos after the ceremony while it’s still light outside, we recommend scheduling it 2-3 hours before sunset.
2. Your Vendors
If you booked your venue for a certain amount of time, build your timeline within these hours. It’s helpful to talk with each of your vendors to see how much time they’ll need to set up and tear down. If you have to be out of your venue by a certain time, make sure you have your exit with enough time for your vendors to tear down and pack up all of their equipment.
3. Hair + Make up
You can work directly with your hair and make up artist to see how long they will need. Give plenty of buffer time / start a bit earlier than you think you’ll need to! Since this is the first part of the day, if this part gets behind, it often means the rest of the day will run slightly behind. Allotting a little extra time here will start your day off on a stress free note.
4. Bridal Party Photos + Family Photos
We recommend designating 30 minutes for bridal party, and 30 minutes for family photos. Depending on the size of your bridal party / family, we often finish this early, however it’s always helpful to have a bit of extra time to round everyone up.
5. The Reception
Have fun!! By this time, all of the other events are behind you, so take the reception to relax! You can have your reception in any order that works for you. Whatever you decide, be sure to communicate with
