Wedding favors… Yes or No?

The days of Jordan almonds in a tulle bag are over.

Favors are not a necessity and can add an added expense to your budget. The majority of the time they are left on the table for the venue to clean up.

A few alternative gifts to your guests could be a Photo Booth, a Champagne Wall, or a late night snack.

If your family is traditional and pushing for you to have a favor opt for something edible. Guests are more likely to enjoy a cookie than take home that bottle opener that will end up in the junk drawer.

2024 Wedding Trends (Although we broke all trends and flew to Vegas 🤣)

1. Wow moments, of course everyone wants to wow their guests. Be sure to have a few moments when your guests stop and stare. This could be a floral arrangement hanging from the ceiling or ah-hmm a show stopping dessert table.

2. Late night snacks. This is huge, guests will be drinking and partying the night away give them a fun treat at the end of the night. Can we say pizza, your favorite chick-fil-a, a hot pretzel bar or how about a food truck. The options are endless.

3. Small or no wedding party. Yes it’s nice to have all your besties by your side but weddings can be expensive for the bridal party. Couples are choosing to have the ceremony just be focused on them. And… isn’t that the whole reason for the wedding.

4. Speciality Cocktails. I LOVE this, this one has been around a while and isn’t going to no where. A cocktail that is the bride’s favorite or named after your furry best friend. It brings fun and personalized to the bar.

5. Highly curated menu. The days of chicken or beef are over. Couples are choosing to have their menu creative. They are having taco bars, food trucks and asking their chiefs if they can create their favorite dishes from their travels.

Now why did I head off to Vegas and not enjoy all this fun?!?
