The Schulenburg Festival is *known* for showcasing upcoming talent, and we are excited to have Slade Coulter make his debut on the National Party of Texas stage on Friday, August 2nd!

This young songwriter was born in Jayton, Texas, but got his musical career started in Lubbock while attending Texas Tech, linking him to such greats as Buddy Holly, Waylon Jennings, Pat Green, Charlie Shafter, and Wade Bowen.

Slade has a large following of fans across the state - a glance at his schedule shows him all over Texas in August, and then in September he'll be touring with Jacob Stelly (who we had at last year's Festival!) out of state - from Nebraska to Tennessee...so catch Slade Coulter while you can!!

Thanks to everyone who came out to in downtown Flatonia, Texas two weeks ago for the opening of my solo show “Electric Daydreams of a Ghost Cowboy”, featuring both actual-vintage signs from The Neon Jungle collection, and also new or recent works inspired by vintage signs. The show has now been extended to 8 June 2024, and we will have a closing party that weekend (to be announced). We have also added an Artist Talk around the midpoint of this run: Saturday 18 May 2024.
