A few pics of some of the food we catered for VBS for the past three days at a local church. We had fun feeding the kiddos lunch after their fun filled morning.
Monday we served : Mixed greens salad, fresh fruit, chicken nuggets, Mac-n-cheese and green beans.
Tuesday: Mexican salad, fresh fruit, broccoli salad, beef and cheese quesadillas, black beans and rice.
Wednesday was Caesar salad, fresh fruit, coleslaw, bbq chicken and pork sliders, and corn.
And of course plenty of fun kid-friendly desserts! 🤣

Tuesday was the ladies of Civitan. It is the clubs 41st anniversary so we prepared a special lunch for them.

-Dijon honey chicken

-Herb goat cheese stuffed Roma tomatoes with buttered bread crumb topping

It’s been a crazy busy couple of weeks. We have partnered with Pace Center for Girls and are providing breakfast and lunch daily for them.

It was an insanely busy week! Besides our usual events we fed five Clay County schools for teacher appreciation week and catered the OP high school band banquet. 😅
For the schools we made Caesar salad, chicken marsala, mashed potatoes, green beans and brownies.
For the band we did Caesar salad, citrus chicken, Mac-n-cheese, green beans, rolls and assorted cookies and brownies.

It’s been a long busy weekend! We catered a wedding on Friday, the Rotary of Ponte Vedra Gala on Saturday and a baby shower today.
Some of the items we provided included:
Shrimp and grit shooters, Mini chicken and waffles, Roast beef, Maple mustard glazed chicken, Bacon wrapped green beans, Mashed potato bar, Grazing table,Tomato soup shooters w/grilled cheese dippers, Veggie wraps, Pork tenderloin sliders, Caesar salad, Asparagus salad, Strawberry salad, Thai chili meatballs, Honey sesame chicken, Assorted tea sandwiches, Fruit, veggie and cheese plates, Smoked salmon canapés, Petit fours, brownies and macarons.
