Shout out to Daily Donuts! One of our favorite places to get breakfast and donuts. The staff are super friendly and the food is always fresh and delicious. I usually get their croissant with bacon, egg and cheese. The croissants are the BEST! So flaky and buttery. And the donuts are made fresh in house- unlike the big chains. Do yourself a favor and stop by!

Just wanted to post an update. We had an issue with our generator going down at our first event with the trailer, and it took a bit to get the problem fixed. We have the trailer back and are working hard to plan our Grand Opening as soon as possible. Until then, we have a private luncheon at the FAA in Jacksonville on Wednesday, the 26th, and a food truck night event at Entrada in St Augustine on July 3rd- you can join us there. We’ll keep you posted as to our Grand Opening event.

We will be bringing our A-game with the trailer and serving at this charity event for the troops! We will be serving pulled pork sliders, pastrami pulled pork sliders, our Signature Bourbon glazed ribs, and brisket beans.

Today is a monumental day for us- a day we have been looking forward to for over a year. We are finally picking up our completed concession trailer!!! It’s certainly been a journey- one filled with a lot of emotions, blood, sweat, and tears. We’ve faced a lot of challenges, some which we can’t even talk about yet, but we’ve continued to push through. It’s certain to be an emotional roller coaster ride of a day, but we look forward to the endless opportunities ahead of us. For our loyal customers, family, and friends- thank you for your support, love, and encouragement! We wouldn’t be here without you. Thank you for your patience and understanding- it’s taken a bit longer than anticipated, but as most of you know, life rarely goes as planned. We will post updates later this afternoon, and again, thank you all!!!!

Latest progress on the trailer. Sinks are mounted, ice cream machine is in. Beverage cooler is inside. Fryer’s are in. Gas lines are still being installed. It’s a lot of tedious work, but coming together nicely!

Homemade soft pretzels anyone?

We’ve been perfecting our beer cheese recipe. Soft pretzels and beer cheese, anyone? Bacon beer cheese fries? Smoked beer cheese Mac& cheese? Loaded smoked potato with beer cheese? Bacon beer cheese burger?

After a trip back to the manufacturer to reinforce the rear porch to withstand 3000 lbs of smoker and product, it’s back at the builders to be upfitted

After having to send the trailer back to the manufacturer for more rear porch reinforcement, it’s back at the builder’s to be unfitted. It’s been a long process, but once we can finally launch it, we’ll be bringing our smoked deliciousness near you!!
