*Update November 2024* The commercial kitchen we've been waiting on hasn't worked out and have decided not to pursue operating with a cottage food license due to the significant limitations that go along with the license. We expect to be able to secure a commercial kitchen space by that time and serve our gluten-free pupusas! We began operating in November of 2023 as a bakery with a Cottage Food L

icense. After trying to navigate unclear and changing rules about operating under our license, we ultimately had to shut down. We are exploring other avenues so we may re-open.

We began operating in November of 2023 as a bakery with a Cottage Food License. As they say, "you make plans and God laughs." Well, laugh He did! We have secured a commercial kitchen and will sell select items at Farmer's Markets (such as vanilla extract, jams, hot cocoa mix, tomato sauce, dulce de leche, cookies, and more) in fall of 2024. We will also be selling pupusas!

We ask that you check out our new website and complete this survey so we can develop an appropriate food service for Hunterdon County. We look forward to building positive ties with new friends at local farms, businesses, and the community at large! :)
