🎉 Big News for Families with Mini Chirp Fans!

This summer, we launched a one-week pilot of our Little Learners program at Chirp Workshop—and the response was amazing! So… we’re bringing it back this fall 🍂

👶 Little Learners: Fall Series
📍 Hosted at Chirp Workshop, Flemington
📅 Starting mid-September | 6-week series
⏰ 2.5 hours per session - 9:30-12
👩‍🏫 Led by two certified elementary teachers
👧 Ages 3 to school age

Designed for children who are home with a caregiver, this program offers a nurturing, play-based learning environment that meets kids right where they are. With a small teacher-to-student ratio (likely 1:5), we personalize instruction in:

✨ Early literacy & math
🖍️ Fine motor skills (cutting, pre-writing, etc.)
🧠 Social-emotional development:
• Separating from caregivers
• Speaking in front of peers
• Emotional regulation
• Building confidence
• Practicing empathy & cooperation
• Navigating transitions with ease

🎲 And here’s the heart of it all: learning through play!

This is not a worksheet-driven program. Children will explore through games, hands-on activities, and interactive centers that spark curiosity and creativity.

Dramatic play, sensory tables, free play, and guided group games help build foundational academic and social skills in a joyful, meaningful way.

📚 Daily read-alouds, take-home crafts, circle time, and movement activities round out each session—making it a rich, well-balanced experience for every learner.

☕ Bonus for grown-ups: While your little one is learning and growing, you’ll have a few hours to yourself each week. Flemington has cozy coffee shops, breakfast spots, and yes… a brand new Target just minutes away 😉

✏️ Happy first week of school, Chirp Kiddos! 🎉

Thank you all for making my summer such a blast—I loved every minute with you! 💛 I’ve already started planning next year’s summer workshop (so exciting!!).

Now that school is back, we’re shifting gears to what we do best: PARTY, PARTY, PARTY! 🥳🎂

Chirp opened in September of 2017 as a quaint little shop filled with artisan pieces and gifts. Over time, it has evolved is now a dedicated workshop space where we host crafts, events, and parties for all ages.

We are also home to both Stardust Photography and Budding Roses Photography studios for beautiful newborn and family photography.

Currently, we do not hold regular retail hours. We are open to the public during dedicated events. Please follow our page and our website for posts about what we have in store each month!
