I had the privledge of legalizing the marriage of Anthony and Ashley today before they head off to their destination wedding in CANCUN in a couple of weeks. It was a simple and quick sign and go but it was so special and meaningful- they met at a restaurant with their immediate family present to witness and celebrate. Im so honored to get to do what I do and to meet such wonderful couples! Congrats Mr & Mrs Barron!! ❤️

The best Christmas gift they could have given each other-Nevaeh and Todd got married today!! They pledged their vows in front of a beautifully burning fireplace at The Frankenmuth Wedding Chapel with their immediate families and closest friends in with a beautiful white snowfall outside. Congrats Mr and Mrs Nanasy!! ❤️🖤

I officiated wedding #42 yesterday for Samantha and Aaron. It was a cold day but that didn't stop them from their plan to have an outside fall wedding! They were such a fun couple to work with and so cute together. I asked them if their cheeks hurt constantly because they are always making each other laugh and smile. And I had the honor of seeing the beautiful Noell Linsey Daoust and assist her with photos. Congrats to Mr & Mrs Coppler!! 🩷 Cheers to the beginning of forever!!

What a beautiful, cozy wedding today! It was at All Saints Chapel in Howell where the aisle was brightly lit with candles! It was a little different than my usual- during the ceremony we called the brides and grooms 2 brothers to the alter as their witnesses and signed the marriage license which was wonderful that the guests all got to be witness as well! I didn't get any pictures of the bride and groom after because once they kissed and I pronounced them husband and wife, they walked down the aisle, out the door, hopped in their car and drove off to spend the 30 minute drive to the reception, alone. BUT, I did however get to do something new (for me) and really cool- the bride let me video the procession from my point of view at the alter!!

My 2nd wedding this weekend was in West Branch at The Cellars at Zettel Farms and marked my 40th officiated wedding! Including the photographer and myself, there were 9 people in attendance for Jeff and Erikas nuptials! The grooms mom, the brides 2 children, and the grooms daughter. There was a last minute change from outside under the beautiful maple to inside up the sprial stairs to the top of the silo. But it was sweet and perfect. Congrats Mr & Mrs Lebzelter!

A quick trip yesterday to unite Erik and Blake at The Venue at 501 in Clare. What a beautiful, and historical town and venue!! The groom walking with his daughter and the bride with her two sisters was the sweetest and the couples pup walked too! It was quick, simple, and intimate and I could feel the love between these two as they snickered together during the ceremony. I Love what I do and meeting so many great couples!! Congrats Mr & Mrs "one Hell-of-a-Buck" 🤗 (Hellebuyck) ❤️

Wedding #2 for today. What a stunning venue this was!! Stone House Farm So many things made this wedding unique- the old silo turned into an onsite photo booth, Bettys Burros (donkeys names Herbie and Uber) greeted the guests with baskets full of beverages! The bridal party arriving to the aisle on a wagon, the long ramp that wraps around to the ceremony site that the bride walked, their personal vows, the high ceilings in the barn and the attention to detail. I could go on... AND my good friends daughter happened to be the photographer (Farm Lane Photography). What a perfect day for this couple. Wedding #1 for today. Founder's Hall @ SVSU on SVSU Campus... let me just say WOW! What a beautiful venue that allowed plenty of natural light! What a beautiful couple. They have a beautiful 5 month old daughter, Piper. Overall, just a beautiful day and beautiful wedding. The photographer A. Welsh Photography had such fun ideas (peep the videos) and the entire bridal party was all on board for them! The coolest part about this couple, IMO... the bride has a twin brother and the groom has a twin brother. So cool! Congrats to Travis and Kirsten Hayes!! 💞 Kirsten Marie Hayes
