For Sunday dinner I made this for the first time! It was even better the next day after the flavors really set in. This a tortellini in a cream cheese parm sauce with orange and yellow peppers, onions, tomatoes, spinach, broccoli, garlic, turkey kielbasa, and scallops!!! I might have to run this one back.
