We are taking applications today 4:30 -7:30 pm. Please use the side entrance on Lincoln across from the church.

Applications taken and interviews conducted on the following dates: Sunday December 15th 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM and Monday December 16th 4:30 - 7:30 PM. We are looking to fill positions for wait staff, back servers, cooks and hosts. All will be conducted at the site of our new diner! 800 5th Street, West Elizabeth, PA 15088.

Chicken Pot Pie Casserole! Quick and easy! Here’s the cheat recipe

1 precooked rotisserie Chicken cubed or shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
A 10oz bag of frozen peas and carrots
1 pie crust

Pre heat oven to 375. Grease bottom with butter of an 8x8 pan. a thick layer of the chicken. Then a layer of the veggies. Mix together soup and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add to casserole dish. Gently mix ingredients to coat with sauce. Place pie crust on top. Trim so that it lays on top. Brush with an egg wash. Place in oven uncovered for about 45 minutes or until bubbly and crust is browned.

Soup is sold for $10 per quart. Message me with your order by 5:00 PM Tuesday, November 19th. Soups will be ready by Friday, November 22nd. Payment due upon receipt of order via cash or check. I will make arrangements for pick up at the diner or delivery to a limited area with you on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday the 22nd, 23rd or 24th.

Quick Tip for Deviled Egg serving. Place your eggs in mini cupcake papers. Keeps them from sliding if you don’t have a special tray and they are easier for guests to pick up.
