Each day opens with grounding yoga to bring you back into your body and into presence. From there, we enter the heart of it: intuitive artmaking—an embodied practice for self-connection, reflection, and clarity. With brush or pencil in hand, you respond moment by moment to what arises—color, shape, movement, sensation—letting the unconscious surface through spontaneity. No prior art experience is needed; the process meets you exactly where you are.
