Welcome to one of our final installations of our Meet The Team series! Today you're meeting James Chmura, our Master Craftsman.

James has been a contracted member of the Party Pros team for well over a decade, helping move new products from the idea board to reality and keeping our facilities in great shape. He is responsible for constructing items like our stage facades, ceremony platforms, bars, and much more. In addition to the work he has put into our custom inventory, James has played a significant role in keeping our storefront and warehouse locations up to date. From location changes to needed renovations, James has had a hand in many of the updates our buildings have undergone over the years. Whether we need an office remodeled or a new inventory item built, we can count on James to make it happen! He is truly a jack of all trades, and we're grateful to have him on our team!

Unlike a standard white tent, a clear tent is a bit weather-sensitive, so we avoid sending these out during extreme temperatures. We don't want this tent top (or your guests!) getting too hot or too cold. Ideal times to use these beautiful tents are during Spring and Fall, when temperatures tend to be mild.

This week's Meet the Team Monday is introducing our Sales staff members! Allison and Janelle may be familiar to some of you, as they are the initial point of contact for many of our wonderful customers! These two team members receive inquiries, develop quotes, create event layouts, and ensure that you all receive the best experience possible.

Allison recently graduated from the University of North Alabama, receiving her BBA in Professional Management with a concentration in Innovation and Entrepreneurship. During her time at UNA, she also received a certification in Social Media Marketing. While completing her education, Allison has been a part of our Sales team for the last two years. In addition to her Sales role, Allison manages our online presence, including our social media profiles and website.

Janelle, a graduate of IADT Nashville, has been a part of the team for 9 years. She spent several years as the Manager of our formalwear location, and more recently transitioned to her position in Event Sales. Her prior experience in the formalwear and design industries has equipped her with an eye for detail, and expertise that ensures great service!

Our Sales team loves helping you all organize all your special events! If you've had a great experience with these team members, let us know!

Say hello to our HR and Accounting Manager, Michelle German! A loyal member of our team for ten years, Michelle serves in numerous areas of the business. Her primary responsibilities include record-keeping, recruitment and onboarding, AR & AP management, performance management, and HR reporting. She also aids heavily in the area of event decor. Preceding her time here, Michelle gained HR experience in her ten years in HR Management for Sam's Club. She was also co-owner of a local floral business, equipping her with excellent design skills.

This week's Meet The Team Monday is introducing our logistics managers, Cedric and Kelly! 😁

Cedric, our longest-standing team member, has served Party Pros for an impressive 12 years. Cedric is our Logistics Manager and plays a vital role in the success of our operations. He is responsible for scheduling all our deliveries and pickups, reviewing upcoming event information, hiring warehouse team members, and managing warehouse activities. His dedication to working hard in an organized manner keeps us running smoothly!

Kelly has worked for Party Pros for the last 5 years, and contributes heavily to the ex*****on of successful events. Her responsibilities span across a number of areas including quality control, event preparation, employee scheduling, and inventory management. In addition to her time here at Party Pros, Kelly has been involved in the event industry for about 12 years, honing her skills in various roles, including Banquet Captain and Bartender.

These two go above and beyond in everything they do! Thank you, Cedric and Kelly!

Today we're highlighting Josh Johnston, our Vice President of Sales. Josh has been a dynamic member of the Party Pros USA team for around 10 years, serving in a number of roles, and recently shifting to the VP of Sales position. He works hard to bring creative visions to life, ensuring all your events are top notch! Prior to joining our team, he gained knowledge of the event world through experience in the theater industry, lighting design, and dj services. Josh is heavily involved in the Shoals art community and has pieces featured in a publication by AL.com. He is also a part of the Shoals Chamber of Commerce, and the Downtown Florence Alliance.
