Hello All, Scottie will be firing up the smoker next Friday evening (09-29-2023) for pickup Saturday (09-30-2023) from noon until 3p. We will have brisket, Whole Boston Butts, Pulled pork by the pound and pork spareribs. We will have sides as well, baked beans, homemade mac and cheese and cole slaw all by the pint or Pan😊.
