Good morning! THE SMOKER IS LOADED SO WE CANNOT TAKE ANYMORE ORDERS FOR CHRISTMAS EVE! WE HAVE BEEN BLESSED! THANK YOU ALL! 🙏🏼❤️Orderes are coming in and the smoker is beginning to fill up quick!! If you haven’t place your order yet, there is still room for a couple of Boston Butts and briskets along with a few racks of ribs. This will most likely be that last week for ordering if we fill the smoker. Many have been asking if we are smoking meats for the holidays. We are taking orders for CHRISTMAS EVE PICKUP 12-3 At 1225 DUSTY Road, Lamar SC. Brisket $23/pound, Whole smoked Boston Butts are $40 (if you want it pulled $13/pound for pulled pork), Pork Spare ribs $30/rack. Please please do not place your order on this post or in FB messenger. Give Scottie a call or text at 972-310-1003. It’s that time of year folks!! BACK BARN BARBECUE TIME! Many have been asking when Scottie is firing up the smoker and here we go! It’s by order ahead, so give Scottie a call to place your order for pickup Saturday November 9th. We will be serving up our smoked BRISKET, Boston BUTTS for our PORK BBQ and PORK SPARERIBS. Brisket $23/pound, pork BBQ $13/pound PULLED $40 WHOLE BUTT and our Pork SPARERIBS $30/FULL RACK . PICKUP will be at 1225 Dusty Road Lamar (behind our home) from 12-3p. If you’re needing your BBQ earlier give Scottie a shout at 972-310-1003 ( Call or text) . If you happen to get his voicemail, PLEASE leave your name and number and he will get back with you.
