MERRY CHRISTMAS FROM OUR BACK BARN BARBECUE FAMILY TO YOURS! THANK YOU ALL, for coming out today and supporting our small family business and letting us be apart of your holiday meal! If we didn’t get to see you when you picked up, we hate we missed you! Slicing, pulling and packaging 1000 plus pounds of smoked meats takes some effort and sometimes we miss saying hi and stealing a hug from our repeat customers. For those who came out and it was your first trip, thank you and we hope that you will come back!! Remember, Jesus is the reason for the season and we have been blessed!!❤️🎄🎉🙏🏼

Merry Christmas EVE! The smoker is still going low and slow and EVERYTHING looks and smells amazing! It’s going to be close coming off at noon, so unless you need your order early, I would wait a little bit before coming at 12p. We will be here all afternoon 😊. If you need to call or text us, please give us grave if we don’t respond right away. The cell service and wifi are S L O W back here. Cash is the best way to pay and we also have cash app and venmo set up as well. Last 4 of my number is 9596 (Cheryl Gainey). Keep in mind we weigh the whole briskets to ensure you are spending the EXACT amount for what you are receiving. Same for pulled pork! We look forward to seeing each of you today!🙏🏼❤️😊

ITS SMOKE DAY🎉🎉. Scottie and Chuck have the meat trimmed and ready for seasoning! Will be hitting the smoker around 3 this afternoon ❤️! Will be a long night of low and slow! Pickup will be tomorrow (12-24-24) from 12-3ish. There is normally several folks waiting when we start, so if y’all can wait till later, it’s recommended to keep you out the cold. We will be back at the barn (hence BACK BARN BARBECUE 😊)
