But I want to make sure that you are aware of my businesses Policies before placing your order and submitting your payment that way we are both on the same page and avoid any misunderstandings when we start to create your special floral item. I am self-taught florist, still learning new methods along the way. I love all things floral, from fresh flowers to plants and everything in between. All of

my creations are Hand-made and designed in my home. By placing an Order with SWEET STEMS you are supporting a small business and dream. It Also means that you are aware and in FULL AGREEMENT with my business polices which are listed below.

1.) It is NEVER to early to place an order to get your name on my calendar. If you need a floral creations for an upcoming event and or Holiday never think it is too early.

***Orders can be placed via Facebook messenger and or email address: [email protected]. I will respond to messages/emails as fast as possible.

2.) CUSTOM ORDERS: They will be accepted any day of the week (10:00am-10:00pm), even on the days that I am closed I will try and respond to messages. I try to respond as quickly as I am able to. An Automatic message will appear after hours. I will reply to afterhour messages the next day. Message received on Holidays/Vacation will be answered the following day(s).

***I will do my best to insure the item(s)/color(s) you requested are in your final product. But due to the continued shortage of products and the difficulty of receiving certain items on time. Substitution may be necessary to achieve the finished product. If a Substitution is required it will be as close to the same item(s)/color(s) as were requested.I will of course notify you of the substitution. If you do not want the substituted item then order will have to be cancelled and you will only receive 50% refund as other items have already been purchased to fill order. ****

3.)PAYMENTS- once order is placed a Paypal invoice will be sent out via your email address. The Invoice comes through PayPal, you do not have to have a PayPal account in order to pay. The Invoice is due in FULL within 24 hours of invoice being sent out unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. Once Invoice is paid you are then add to my calendar. If
invoice is not paid then invoice will be cancelled and requested date will be reopened to other customers. If at that time you are still wanting to keep your order you will need to request for another invoice to be sent out. Two reason for requiring payment upfront..
1.) I do not keep fresh flowers on hand and or an assortment of artificial flowers/succulents on hand, I order as needed, so have to order product for your particular order!!
2.) It's Custom work, Making it hard to resale!!

**ORDER IS ONLY PENDING UNTIL INVOICE IS PAID**

I will only begin working on order once Full payment is made and based on pick up Date of order!!

4.) PICK- UP - All orders are picked up at place of business by a Scheduled Pick-up time and Date. For advanced order of more then a week ahead of time, pick up times will be determined closer to pick up Date due to crazy family schedule. I will contact you the week of your order to determine a time that works for both. I try and schedule customers pick-ups at least 30 mins. Giving each customer time to pick-up order and not feel rushed. As well as to give myself time to prepare for next customer. I understand that sometimes life happens beyond our control and you may be running late. But Please have the curtsey to notify me that you will need to change pick-up time or if you are running late. This helps me make adjustments where needed to scheduling of customers as well as personal schedule.


5.) RUSH ORDER- This means orders that are placed 5 days or less to the requested pick up date. These orders will only be accepted based on what is being requested due to the ability to get the necessary supplies needed to complete the order. These orders Will also be required to make payment in full the same day that order is placed and will also have an added rush fee of $10.00 added to total balance. I hate to turn down customers but the availability of product sometimes makes it difficult to accept a last minute order.

6.) CANCELLATIONS- If you decide to CANCEL your order, you will need to do so NO less then 7 days prior to pick up of order. You will receive a refund of 50% of your total balance in the form of cash or shop credit. The other half will be FORFEITED to cover the cost of the custom product(s) that had already been purchased to complete your requested order.

**If you CANCEL your order 4 days or less to your pick up date then you will NOT receive a refund. It will be FORFEITED to cover the cost of the custom product(s) that was already purchased to make your order as well as the time invested into making your order. Custom orders are hard to try and resell!!

**If you DO NOT show up to pick up your order and I have received no communication from you in regards to rescheduling then you FORFEITED the total amount paid. You will NOT receive a refund of any amount!!

** If for some reason I have to cancel your order, you will receive a FULL REFUND and or Shop credit!!

7.) UNHAPPY- If at pick up time you are unhappy with the product, PLEASE state this at time of pick up NOT AFTER you leave. I will try and fix the issue at that time or issue you a partial refund. IF you are unhappy with the product at pick up time you will receive a 50% refund and the product stays with me! If you take the product and leave with it you will NO longer receive a refund if you then decide that you do not like the product. It is also your responsibility once you leave the property to handle floral items with care and to follow instructions paper given for the care of fresh flowers.

**A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN ONCE YOU LEAVE PROPERTY WITH PRODUCT/FLOWERS/SUCCULENTS**

8.) DELIVERY- Delivery is not offered at this time. All orders must be picked up at place of business which is my home. Address/location listed on page.

***COVID-19- As we all know COVID-19 is still a factor in running any type of business. Pick-ups will be done on porch. Table will be set up for pick-ups. Touch-less hand sanitizer will be provided. Message when you arrive and I will bring your product out to the porch. ***Face-Mask are optional***
