A Message From The Opulence Gallery Team:

First and foremost, we love and appreciate all former, current, and future clients. It’s unfortunate that we have to address this situation, however, due to the level of defamation, bold inaccuracies, and untruths, it is necessary. As a business that is owned by 4 Black women, we will never tolerate the bullying, threats, hostility, intimidation and disrespect that we received from this individual towards only the women in our business.

This individual is upset that we did not allow him to come into our space and dictate which policies he will and will not follow. For legal and professional reasons, we will leave this comment as is. The repeated bullying and threats of “You must not know who I am. You must not know my influence” are clearly displayed in his attempt to slander us in his public outburst. Unfortunately, there are individuals who believe that their “influence” grants them permission to bully others and that is simply something we cannot allow.

His statements are clearly malicious, libel and will be dealt with accordingly.

This individual has booked with us in the past and this is his second experience with us, returning due to our great professionalism. Since his rebooking, this individual scrutinized our updated pricing, streamlined processes, and policies. This individual falsely chose racially charged terminology in an attempt to once again bully and intimidate.

We have great relationships with clients, planners, event curators, vendors, and even other venues. We would not have been able to operate as long as we have if his statements were true. His perception of his experience is completely opposite of the hundreds of other clients that we have, and will continue to service throughout the years.

We pride ourselves on treating each and every guest with great respect and customer service, regardless of who and what they are because we believe everyone deserves that. Once again we thank each and every one of you for your continued love and support. We will continue to operate with integrity, grace, and poise.
