We are WAY behind on sponsors for this year's golf tournament and afraid we aren't going to reach our goal!

The funds we raise go toward things like travel expenses (game buses!), uniforms, bags, equipment, field and cage upkeep... The district only allows a small amount per player, and those funds were wiped out just purchasing baseballs before the school year even started. 😳

From our fresh-made tortillas to our signature sweet pork, we made sure everyone left satisfied and ready to tackle the competition 💪 Thanks for letting us be a part of your winning team, TCU Football!

Meet Matt Elmer, one of our amazing shift leads 👏 With a last name like "Elmer", it's fitting that he is the "glue" that keeps the evening shift together. He is energetic and always ready to take on the world!

Matt is a senior in high school and plans to study real estate after he graduates. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball, going to the gym, and spending time with his family. As a growing young man with a love for all food, his favorite Costa Vida entree is the Chicken Nachos, served with our delicious, made-from-scratch queso.

Originally from Arizona, Tim has a newfound love for the warm Texas weather. When he's not busy running the show, you can catch him pumping iron at the gym or indulging in some delicious BBQ. Tim is a big fan of both watching and playing sports, with baseball being his top pick. He's a friendly guy who loves meeting new people, so don't hesitate to say hello next time you're at Costa Vida! And if you're looking for a recommendation, Tim's favorite is the Grilled Chicken Tacos with Tomatillo Ranch 🌮
