The official photos from V+F’s vibrant summer wedding are here!! It was hard to choose just a few - so here are ten 😅
Beautiful couple and such a fun wedding! It felt extra special since I knew the family prior, having been the florist for the bride’s sister’s wedding a few years ago. They were wonderful to work with and I love repeat clients!

Scrolling through the whole album, I couldn’t help but get a little sentimental. It brought back memories of the initial design process from moodboards, writing recipes that aligned with the bride’s vision, coordinating with wholesalers to executing the week of the wedding. Redoing the groom’s boutonnière on the spot, cos someone hugged him a little too tight, was a first for me😆 luckily I had one extra Juliet rose and we were set!
For me as a designer, substituting a flower other than the original I’d planned to use is the last option. I will go through alllll the wholesalers to get the right ones even if they’re more $, because your girl does not like to compromise on design. Thankfully, I was able to secure the specific Ranunculus I wanted and even ordered a few different varieties (salmon and peach) to achieve the perfect palette. Yes, I admit, I can be a bit obsessed with details but in general, seeing these editorial style images from one of the best in the biz, makes me so happy.♥️

From the weekend: An intimate backyard wedding for C+D💐 my favorite part was flowering up the pool on the way to ceremony flowers! 🩷🤍💜
Floral recipe: a transitional summer to autumn palette with deep pink, white and purple hues. Dark expression and Kehla garden roses, delphiniums, jasmine vines and the bride loves anemones so we went with purple variety. She loved them - always the goal 🥰Such a fun palette!

For the second look, we drew inspiration from the timeless elegance of Grace Kelly’s iconic full sleeved wedding gown. The peony/amaranthus bouquet helped bring this vision to life - timeless and ethereal and slightly haunting. ✨ more to come this week.

Mermaid inspired shoot part 1 🧜‍♀️

It’s been a month since this magical shoot on my favorite island with my enchanting mermaid and I’m finally done selecting out of hundreds of pictures!
It was an adventure working around the rain and such a fun day shooting in the islands and getting in the water. More to come this week.✨
