Checking out a different place and honestly it's been one of the best food experiences we have had in a long time in traverse city. We like it so much yesterday we came back today for lunch. The steak (brisket)salad is huge and don't skimp on flavor at all. Then they are in with firebird pizza which did not disappoint as well. You can go anywhere in traverse to get a fresh made in your face fire grilled pizza for the price and flavor options.. and lastly the staff were all amazing. They made small talk and even brought out some samplers of other items that didn't disappoint... keep up the good work guys!!!

Good frigid Saturday afternoon Facebook friends and family 🥶.

Been a while since we have posted but today we are heading on down to St. Clair Shores Parks and Recreation at Blossom heath park for the tunnel of lights. We will be serving from 5-9pm.. don't let the cold scare ya as they have fires going for heat and some great warm food options.

Good evening Facebook friends and family!!! Tomorrow we are excited to announce we will be in the Village of Deerfield 49238 from 5pm-8pm. That is the plan. Wednesday nov. 20th.. we will make another post as soon as we arrive and start setting up just to confirm we have touched down. Lol. We appreciate all of your patience and understanding and support all of you have shown all along.. can't wait to see yas!!! Also I believe we will be next to the gas station where it all began.

Hello all!

We are a family owned and operated food trailer.

With over 30 years of experience our top priorities are food safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

We are still booking throughout the winter and are currently planning for 2025 already.

Specializing in employee/guest appreciation days, open houses, sports events and holiday parties. We would also love to be a part of your big wedding day or birthday celebration!

We have the capability to serve very large crowds and can do so at an average of less than 2 minutes per order when we are serving our normal menu items.

Our regular menu posted below you can see we serve burgers, loaded fries and coneys! We also have the ability and knowledge to work with you in creating a menu perfect for your event. We love thinking outside the box and seeing smiling faces!

In the past we have done breakfast bowls/tacos, complete build your own burger bar for 200+ people, salads, soups and incredible BBQ food. The list goes on.

Good evening Facebook friends and family! We are excited to announce we will be setup at Union in Mt. Morris on Tuesday Nov. 12th from 11am-6pm.

We have only been doing private events we have had previously booked which allowed us to focus on family as much as we can but Lisa and Jeff's parents are doing better and atleast back in the state. They still have a road to recovery but doing good and are in great spirits despite the situation. Thank you all for your support and showing our family some love! We appreciate you!!!

Good Sunday evening Facebook friends and family!! Bill here. First of all on behalf of the whole fat axe family we would like to thank all of you who reached out to us and offered and showed support. With that being said, Lisa and Jeff's parents were in a horrible car accident last week. They were driving their prized 1929 Model A as they were just heading home from a club event and had another modern day vehicle pull out of a parking lot at a high rate of speed and plowed right into them. They are both beat up and have a long road to recovery but they are still here with us and that's all that matters. I won't get into details on fb of their injuries out of respect for them but they are lucky to be here. We (they) are currently at Promedica Hospital in Toldedo. We apologize for canceling our events last minute as we do not like to do this but was have built our whole business around family,with family and will always put family first. Thanks again for all of your support and please keep them and the family in your thoughts..

Good Sunday morning Facebook friends and family!! Long time,no see for some of yas!! With the season coming to a slow down we have been focusing on our private events. Here is a schedule of events for this coming week.

Friday will be a double starting at Memorial Hospital in Owosso 11-2pm

And yes, this is the week the Killcrown burger comes out of the vault in battle creek at The Music Factory for one night only as the crew at Michigan Metal Fest put on another one of their epic shows. 🤘starting 6pm

Saturday, if you are into Gothic and Victorian and want to be a part of the local scene for a free admission event head out to the Glenwood Cemetery in Flint for the Gothic Garden Party from Noon-4pm. Food trucks,vendors and photo sessions and more..

What a way to bring in October with this fall like day. But not only is this month for Fall weather or spooky decorations or trick or treating, October is also Breast Cancer Awareness Month. I'm sure each and every one of us has been thru the struggle of either battling it themselves or seeing a loved one. Fat Axe Grill llc does not like that "C" word and like to help out with the fight and research and Awareness as much as we can. That being said, we will be set up for the annual ELGA Credit Union breast cancer awareness month at the Headquarters in Grand Blanc tomorrow,Wednesday Oct. 2nd from 10:30am-4pm and we will be donating a portion of our sales.

We will also be setup at the Center rd. Branch on Friday Oct. 4th from 11am-5:30pm and again we will be donating a portion of that day sales.

Come on out and get your banking done and grab some food.
