Thanks to all of the beautiful women who attended our amazing first Women’s Wellness Retreat. We learned about our pelvic floor with Karissa Bollinger, we consciously created a taco lunch with registered dietician, Shannon, played in soil and potted plants with Ott Gardens & Planters , relaxed with Yin Yoga and Reiki at Tribe Yoga, and finished the day with indulging in an educational sensory wine tasting and build your own charcuterie board with Deerfoot Farm. Laughed were shared and the day was FULL! Looking forward to our next retreat. Stay tuned!!
