Big thanks to Baldwin County Animal Shelter, Brandon @ NFS Pros, and Zeke's Rescued Paws for helping us bring our new pup home! “Dobby” is now “Molly”, and she has made herself right at home with us! Sugar and Gypsie have enjoyed getting to know their new running buddy lol. She will be loved and knows it!

Well my faithful Agape family, we made it back to Bama in one piece! Thanks to everyone who prayed for our travels, and for everyone who has wished me a happy birthday! Our trip was much needed. Being surrounded by those you love is never time wasted. Between cooking, camp fire sitting and coffee drinking, I’m beyond full! Being able to love on my folks is such a gift many do not get to share in this side of heaven, for one reason or another, so I cherish it. To be able to share in celebrating 50 years of marriage was super special to me!

Moving on…

As many of you know, we were shut down rather abruptly a few months ago, and it’s been an uphill battle since. However, when evil is done, the Lord will use it for good to those who love Him. During the down time, we have been blessed in so many ways, simply by trying to be like Jesus every chance we get. And the Lord reminded me that when the time is right, He will make it happen. This week was nothing short of the Lord waving a green flag! We have prayed for the doors to open where we can serve our community, both with Agape love, and some delicious bbq, along with the sauces. It will take a little longer to get all the red tape cut, but ladies and gentlemen, we now have a food trailer! I will not mention the how, as some things are best left to just saying “thank You Jesus, Amen”, but the Lord showed up and showed out like only He can.! Kinda like how the election was too big to rig…the Lord made things happen that NO ONE can take glory from Him! Like I said, there’s still work to be done, and I simply ask yall to pray for the Lord to make clear the way! From the rest of the finances needed, to the “all clear” from the health department, and all the other aspects of opening a food truck, we need prayers!

Thank you to everyone who has been so faithful to seeing our little business grow from day 1. It’s about so much more than bbq…it’s about touching lives for the Kingdom…and serving something greater than ourselves. Thank each of yall for every bottle of sauce purchased, every prayer said, every post shared, and every hug given or received! The Lord is bigger than all of it, and I pray to simply be a vessel worthy of using.

Have a blessed and wonderful night! Thanks again, and I look forward to being ready to roll ASAP! Stay turned to see what the Lord is going to do next!

Mama Tank, Chicken Man and I made a trip to visit our Texas/Louisiana family this week and to celebrate my folks 50th Anniversary…and it’s been such a blast! And of course, when you’re with Nanny Tank, you must preserve something! So, along with our Cowboy Candy that y’all love, we have made a little something extra to introduce…Aloha Candy! It’s our signature candied jalapeños with a pineapple chunk twist. So, when we get back from our visit, be looking for us at the Coastal Alabama Farmers and Fishermens Market and try some! I know it’s been a minute since we have been back, but things are getting back on schedule! Have a great week, get out and vote tomorrow, and remember Jesus is King! Love y’all!

Nanny Tank (my Mama) asked for a brisket before we head back to Bama in the morning, so had to make it happen! Busted out the ol Brinkman and used the snake method to cook, and it turned out beautiful! #JesusIsKing #bigtanksagapebbq #brisketlife
