We've got some exciting news!

We will be opening a restaurant inside of new taphouse/brewery in the near future! As some of you may know, I have been in the corporate world for the last 20 years working for the local electric utility company. To focus all of my attention on the business, I have decided that it would be best to leave and focus 100% on BBQ. This was not an easy decision, but I knew that only 100% BBQ would give me the best chance for success! A huge thank you to my wife Jen in being here along my side throughout this journey and for believing in this wild dream! The support system is amazing amongst my friends in this BBQ community, and I am more than excited regarding what the future holds! Stay tuned, and come see us once we are open!

Easter is right around the corner, and we will be cooking a few of our holiday favorites, so you don't have to! Please reach out if you'd like a raspberry bourbon-glazed ham, pulled pork, or prime smoked brisket. We will also be offering our green chile mac and cheese and cowboy beans. These chile verde huevos rancheros are all you need for breakfast! For this year's Superbowl, we will be offering brisket, pulled pork, St. Louis style spareribs, our cowboy beans, and green chile mac n cheese. The brisket and pork are perfect for sliders, sandwiches, nachos, tacos, etc. I will be taking orders until Feb. 5th, or until I am at full capacity! This happens often, so place your orders as soon as possible. Pick up will be between 11am & 1:30pm on Sunday, Feb. 9th!

As I reflect on the last few weeks and what is in store for the next few weeks, I am feeling very humbled and blessed! When this journey all started, I never dreamed that so many people would want to enjoy my food with their families. I just want to say thank you to all who continue to believe in me, my family, those who support my dream in any way, and those who continue to inspire me to keep going! There are ups and downs with anything in this life, but learning how to navigate the downs is the key! Create your own motivation, stay consistent, and God will guide you to your full potential!🙏
