Toast and butter your bread of choice. Rough mash your avocado with salt, black pepper, and crushed red chile. Apply to toast. Top with bacon, over medium egg, and hot sauce of choice.

These half pound @countrybobinc all purpose steakhouse burgers were a definite crowd pleaser! I started by seasoning half pound grass fed ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic, and a Santa Maria rub before getting the patties on the barrel smoker at around 300°F. I then added SPG and butter to the corn before wrapping and added that to the grill.

This @countrybobinc original BBQ chicken sandwich had all the flavors I need in a killer sandwich! The chicken was seasoned with a garlic red chile rub, coated with Country Bob's original BBQ sauce, and topped with pepperjack. The sandwich was built on a toasted jalapeño cheese bread with a ghost pepper garlic aioli, crispy bacon, SPG seasoned tomatoes, and lettuce. How many can you handle?

6 splashes of ghost pepper hot sauce
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
Salt/pepper to taste
