As we reflect on the 2024 BBQ Season, we are proud to have had one of our busiest years to date! 🤯 We are so proud of how far we’ve come and even more excited for what’s coming this year! While we are not super social media forward, please take our silence as extremely busy 🙏😅

As you check out our 2025 Catering Menu, please note some important changes: We’ve added new Vegan/Vegetarian options, handcrafted beverages, and desserts to our menu. Due to customer demand, we’ve added beverages, desserts & Vegan/ Vegetarian options so all of your guests can enjoy the California Smoked BBQ!

Thanks to our loyal customers in 2023, we can now comfortably serve up to 2,500 people (per seating) using real red oak and hickory wood! We serve any and all events from weddings & corporate events to private parties, festivals, concerts and more!

We’ve added a few meats that we’ve carefully taken the time to perfect smoking as well as some Vegan/Vegetarian options so everyone can enjoy true California Smoked Bbq!
We comfortably serve between 50-1500 people in one sitting and can’t wait to see you at your next event!
