Trying something new! Loaded pockets!
These will have smoked mac & chese along with your choice of meat. Brisket, Pulled Pork, or Pulled Chicken. We are offering these for the first time for the Superbowl. Give them a try and let us know your thoughts. Feedback was positive when we had them at our family Christmas.

First smoke of 2025! 20° outside, perfect weather for smoking a turkey for someone, baby back ribs, spare ribs, and few hams to make pulled ham. Ribs turned out amazing. Half a rack of baby back ribs are missing now. 🤭 We are working on trying to put a menu together for the Superbowl. Open to suggestions.

We would like to say Thank You to everyone that supported our business this year! From every order to every like and share that we got, there is no way we could do it without your support. 2024 was absolutely amazing. We are still learning and growing and can't wait to see what 2025 brings. Happy New Years from our family to yours.

Burnt ends, Candied bacon, Pulled Pork, Pulled chicken, Tri-tip, smoked mac, and pit beans for an event today. Thought I'd practice on some shotgun shells today to try. Should have took a little more time and added more bacon to cover the whole shell. Just have to try again.
Next catering event is Sunday with brisket, pulled pork, smoked mac, pit beans, and an assortment of fried pies.

We were blessed with the opportunity to do a two day catering event for 530 people for 5 shifts. Makes for little sleep to no sleep but makes it worth it when you get good feedback when you deliver the next shift. We will fix a meal for 5 or 500.
If you hear someone looking for a meal or a business looking for catering please share our name with them.
We are so thankful for how the business has grown in just a year. We couldn't do it without all your support and sharing our name and page. Thank you so much!
Now we are concentrating on private events, & Christmas dinners we have booked to finish out the year. Happy Holiday's from our family to yours.

Please be patient with us on responses for the next few days because will be catering. We are going to offer limited quantities on turkeys for Christmas. We are going to limit it to 25. We have got orders for Turkeys ($50), Brisket ($20lb), Burnt Ends ($22lb), Ribs ($20 Slabs), Pulled Pork ($10lb), & Pulled ham ($10lb).
Please reach out to us if you are interested and we will take as many orders as possible and schedule a pick-up time, Christmas day pick-ups will only be available at 10:30am. Pick-up will be in Fordland.
We have several events booked for catering and will be limited. Unfortunately if we do not personally know you, we will require a non-refundable deposit due to a few scamers we had on Thanksgiving.

Well, we had a great little helper today preparing for a company holiday meal. What a blessing to be able to do something we love and be able to have great entertainment while doing it. Love every opportunity we get with all the Grand babies.

I love when someone ask me if I would like some short ribs to smoke. Some people don't like them but I sure do. Smoke them like a brisket low and slow and they are amazing.

Wow, thank you for a Great November! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and got to spend time with friends and family.
Last 3 turkeys are done for Thanksgiving and getting picked up this morning. Hopefully everyone that had the opportunity to try the turkey or ham enjoyed it. If you didn't please message me because there is always room for improving and learning.
This was the 2nd Thanksgiving for Ice's Smok'n Shack & More and the support has been incredible! We cooked around 85 turkeys and around 500lbs of bone in hams so far on top of all few requests for eggrolls and stirfry noodles that we done.
We have a few big events to cater in next few weeks then we are going to concentrate on Christmas. We have already started taking some Christmas orders. If you are looking for something other than turkey or ham message us and we will see if we can make it happen. Thanks to everyone that has shared or mentioned our business. We definitely can't do it without your support.

Thank you to everyone that ordered a turkey and ham for your Thanksgiving meal. We are very thankful for your support. I may have under estimated the orders that we would get.😀 This wasn't even half of today's orders!
Up early tomorrow to start getting the rest of the orders ready for pick-up, and start smoking for Fridays orders. So very blessed

***UPDATE***
Thank you all for the amazing responses we have had. We have reached our goal and went beyond. As of right now we are not going to take any more orders for turkeys or hams. If you plan to pay with a credit card and would like to pay in advance before pick up just message us. This would help speed up the pick up process. If you have cash that is fine too. If you send us an email, we can send you an invoice or you can pay with vemno.

Last call to get your order in for a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving day. All turkeys are 13-15 lb frozen. The turkeys are $50 and will be sliced and put in an aluminum pan ready to eat unless other arrangements are made. Smoked pulled ham is also available at $10lb served in an aluminum pan. We need to know by tomorrow so we can get the turkeys picked up and ready in time.

Hope everyone has had a great day. We have been very blessed this year though the support of our business in the Fordland area. Now we are looking to pay it forward to a couple families in the Fordland area to bless with a Thanksgiving meal. If you know of a family that is going through a rough time or that truly needs a meal please message us. It will be kept anonymous and just dropped off. We can message in private to work out the details on what is needed.
