We had a great time at the Forest City Christmas Parade today!!! Watching everyone smiling and singing along to the Christmas songs always gets us in the holiday spirit!!! We wanted to thank everyone that helped make the float possible:) Glenda Wall and The Hair Castle Crew, Glenn Earley, Paul Robbins, Aanon Gray, Parker Robbins and Wayne Simpson. Thank you Paul Robbins for providing the horse power to pull us through town!!!

Starting with Worship at 11:00 a.m. Concert starts 1:00 p.m. We have had great volunteers so far setting the stage and working clean up in the venue from storm damage. We still need volunteers for parking and miscellaneous help on Sunday:)

Coppermine Farms and Farm Life Entertainment started getting calls from local bands eager to volunteer their time and talents days after the devastation of Helene. The show that was scheduled for the farm on October 12th with Hard 2 Handle and Hammer down had to be canceled due to fallen trees and damage to the venue. These two great bands was the first to volunteer to give back to the community!!! Farm Life Entertainment has a amazing line up for November 3rd, starting with a worship service at 11:00 a.m. We love seeing all the fundraising events that has happened and all the ones still to come. The needs of this county is far from over. Billy Joel once said..

I have always had a love for music. Seeing all our local musicians, tech guys and volunteers step up for such a great cause is inspiring:)

Sound Connection officially started in 1990. Even after so many miles, different shows and venues we still talk about the early years. October 16, 1993 Sound Connection got the opportunity to work with the Rutherford County Firefighters. Two back to back shows with Confederate Railroad. Saturday we got to meet up with them again. It brought back a lot of memories:) They brought an awesome show. What a great bunch of guys!!!

Come out today!!!

Stage is up and sound checks have started!!! Today is going packed with great entertainment!!! 50 percent of all ticket sales are going to our veterans. Let’s celebrate our freedoms and the people that made it possible!!! Gates open today at 5:00 p.m. Come out and have a great time with the Zac Causby Band and the Clark Road Band starting at 6:00 p.m.. The Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce will have a Ribbon Cutting at 6:30!!! Come enjoy our vendors Pietro’s Pizza and Circle B BBQ!!! Come be apart of Zac Causby new video being recorded tonight during the show with special footage recorded directly after the show. Tonight is going to be more than a concert!!!
