🫔🌶🥑Hey Fam!! I am making shredded beef and pork tamales tonight, and cheese green chili tomorrow, so if you are interested in this deliciousness, hit me up! I'll be delivering Friday all day.

ALSO!! I am taking Thanksgiving orders right now for the week of Nov. 20-26. Those are a limited time only, for turkey, stuffing, cranberry and cheese empanadas, with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. Limited supply, so order soon! These sold out quick last year, and my list is already growing!

Now....I am am going to be doing vegetarian empanadas and tamales next week. Also doing gourmet taquitos. Lentil, chicken, beef, potato, and cheese. If you are interested, hit me up on messenger or text me, otherwise, I'll be posting them on Sunday and there is limited supply. I will also be doing green chili chicken with hatch chili and cheese tamales next week. These are amazing!

Tamale orders started on Oct 1st and I'm currently taking orders through March 1st, and I am announcing new fillings on different Mondays when they come available. I am currently doing shredded beef, shredded pork and cheese green chili and olive. (Olive can be omitted).
Next Sunday I'll post anything new that I am making.

Good Morning El Comal family.

Due to medical complications that have limited my mobility, I will be working very minimally from here forward. I will however, be doing bulk, packaged tamales, taquitos and empanadas through February and I will post notice when I do, so you can place orders throughout the holidays. I will be starting at the beginning of October. I will also post any specials I'm doing, so keep an eye out! It's been a great year, thank you guys for being so supportive and following my page.

Good evening friends, family, fans and followers! I had a little setback this summer, and pretty much missed the entire month of July thanks to surgery and being stuck in a hospital. So I am trying to hustle my rear and get my new menu up.

BUT!!!! In the meantime, if ya'll are interested in a pre- Thanksgiving and Christmas food and feel, I am taking orders for Tamales! I'm also taking orders for Empanadas and Taquitos. MANY different meats or vegetarian, and I have gluten free options as well!

$25.00 per dozen of Tamales and Empanadas, and $15.00 per dozen of Taquitos.

Fillings for all are:
-Pork
-Chicken
-Refried lentil
-Cheese and green chili
- chorizo potato
- beef potato
-Ground turkey potato

Deliveries start this Sunday and orders will be taken until 5pm Saturday evening! (Aug 6 and 7)

Hello my El Comal friends and family!

I went stealth for a month and a half and I apologize for the ghosting! I had 3 surgeries last month on my back, and wound up having complications, so I ended up in the hospital for a total of combined days of a 1 month. I will be on light duty for about 6 weeks of which I currently have 4 weeks left. I am doing orders for dinners and lunch groups, plus breakfast orders, but catering will be limited depending on the amount of people and food ordered. I am limited on assistants and the ability to hire at the moment, but I can do groups up to 120 people max. Dinners are a go, but are limited to possible last minute change for pick up from my location, or delivery to your home but from my vehicle, or a meeting point somewhere between our locations.
I am currently registering customers for bi-monthly and monthly plans if interested in having meals for specific days of your request. These plans are much more conducive to our current economy and will save you money. Payments are only accepted for a full month term at a time.
I have a full menu posted, but I will also take requests for your specific needs. I am also going to do a weekly special that l will post every Monday morning.
Payments accepted are Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and all major credit cards or cash. " Hope ya'll are doing well! It is great to back to serve you again!
I hope everyone is having a good Summer so far, we are barely into it and it is HOT!! So if you aren't feeling like cooking, give a holler! I deliver as far as Palm Springs, Rancho Cucamonga, Temecula and Lone Pine Canyon. Local is a 10% delivery fee, and distance past the Yucaipa and Redlands border is 25% delivery fee.

Good evening El Comal Fans and Family!

I will be switching days around a bit over the next couple of weeks, due to surgery and medical appointments. This will start tomorrow, June 1st. I will be closed Wednesday but open Thursday, June 2nd, and delivering Wednesdays dinners on June 2nd instead. If you are interested in purchasing a dinner, give me a call or message me on here and I will accommodate you. Delivery is starting at 330pm.

Here is Thursdays dinner:
-Chicken Drumsticks
-Chicken boneless/skinless thigh wings with 2 wing sauces
-Cucumber salad or green salad with gourmet cheese and gourmet dressing
-Seasoned steak fries

I will be preparing the chicken Sous Vide and then heading to the grill to get the perfect sear. That means that dinner will be at perfect temp and tenderness.

$25.00 per plate and delivered. Gas is included in this cost, there are no hidden fees or extras.

Ok folks... things are starting to get serious with making this business move forward successfully. I lost a full week of business, cooking and business development, because I was sick this entire last week. I sincerely apologize, because it's been a struggle and tight on time. SO!!!
