A FEW REMINDERS & OUR POLICIES
•Please Double check invoice for accuracy, of date in most cases the day before the event,spelling of name, and address.
•Please water daily in the days leading up to your delivery(starting 2 days before is best) If you can easily stick a screwdriver in the ground we are good. Remember We CAN’T install if you don’t water & We Definitely want to install for you!
•If you’re planning lawn care, please do so before we install your sign. Mowing, weedeating, or chemical spraying harms the signs and at the very least will make them very dirty. We Also Do Not Permit The Use Of Fertilizers, Pesticides, Or Any Other Lawn Care Chemical.As much as we don’t like to, This will result in an additional charge, To You and/Or The Responsible Business or Individual That Causes Damages.
•Pretty Please, DO NOT move the sign in any way. It's dangerous for you and could damage the inventory and then you'll have to reimburse us and everyone will be sad. Often placement depends on where we can get it in.
•Remember, We DO NOT guarantee certain graphics. We reserve The right to use our creative ability to do our best to make design that you requested, although sometimes we are not able to accommodate certain color schemes or licensed graphics. We promise to make a beautiful sign and to do our best to make you happy.
•Refunds: Refunds Are only given in partial amounts when the customer cancels the sign less than 48 hours before installation
-If you need to reschedule we can do so up to24 hours before installation and we are happy to rebook another day or time for you that works best. -Inclement weather can result in a refund as well, if unfortunately if we have extreme temperatures, tornadoes,lightening,hail, high winds, fires, etc we just wouldn’t feel safe installing the sign. You will be issued a full refund or be able to rebook at a different time and day.
-Sadly, We no longer issue refunds for unwatered yards. We simply can’t get the stakes in the ground if it’s not watered as seen above. We can come back for an additional $35 or charge $35++ if we have to water for you. This is why watering is so important!
•We are a family owned and operated company. We are grateful for your business and promise to treat you like our own family. However there are rare cases where we are not able to spread joy or make a customer completely happy although we strive to give 110%. If that be the case we reserve the right to remove the sign and issue a partial refund in the amount of 50% or greater due to the credit card fees incurred to return and book the sign and the labor put into the sign. We also reserve the right to not issue a refund. rare occurrences include but are not limited to
1. The customer is unhappy with the aesthetics of the sign after attempts to fix it .(50% refund)
2. The customer uses Foul language or is derogatory to Installers or Owners. (No refund)
So remember it’s cool to be kind, and we are all just humans trying to do our best.
•Install times. We can not quote a certain time to install your sign, We will always give you a window in four hour increments of your install time due to the high volume of bookings in all seven counties we serve. Agreement By Booking Customer-
