As I grow up, I’m starting to see that people tend to heal from things the moment that they feel truly heard when discussing them. Life is so unpredictable, yet humans are somehow expected to “just get through it,” and always tough it out. The way I see it, people aren’t meant to do hard things alone, and getting help is one of the bravest things you can do. Something doesn’t even have to be wrong to have a support system and do the work on ourselves!

It was so important to me that I partner with companies that align with my morals when starting freelance media, and that (and much more) was exactly why working with Radical Healing was a great experience! The staff are so eclectic, professional, warm, caring and go above and beyond for their clients, and work tirelessly to dismantle mental health and therapy stigma.
