Lickskillet Road just may be the steepest dirt road in all of Boulder county — with its one mile, 754ft climb, and 18.2% grade at its steepest part. It’s a cycling destination for gravel junkies. While cycling Left Hand canyon up to Ward, John found the abandoned road sign that was tossed across the creek and naturally, Lickskillet catering was born.

As we have grown over the years, we have changed our focus to post race meals primarily for cycling events, for now.

Going into our 3rd year catering a post ride meal for the we are excited to add and the prestigious to our repertoire!

Why did we go down this route? Because we like bikes and sponsor an individual athlete and a cycling team, with our other business, Corndoggies food truck. We love this community and want to be able to provide the best post meal possible that has substance and nutritional value.

We’re happy to be able to support this amazing and talented athlete, . Michael focuses on a lot of gravel races throughout the U.S. and has a huge heart to help educate kids to learn how to ride bikes.

We are sponsoring Michael this year to help him achieve his goals on his athletic journey.

Corndoggies: 1 Year Anniversary

HAPPY ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY to my good friends Corndoggies! They tore it up at their one year event, and then donated all the proceeds to the Food Bank for Larimer County! Show them some love this upcoming Saturday- visit New Belgium Brewing for National Corndog Day 2017! There will be $3 beers and all the corndogs you can eat!
