This is a picture of two brothers, Tyler O'Hare and Booker, that are friends of mine and former students at my Academy Performance School .Went to see them entertain at the food truck rally at City Park. I watched them, feeling proud, as I was when they were students. There were a lot of things going through my mind at the same time. Seeing them under the Mishawaka Amphitheatre canopy made me remember when I played in a group with my brother every Wednesday night when I was 19-20 years old there(Not much older than they were as my students.) and many other shows in the following years. I couldn’t help to be also reminded of having played at that same city park for the 4th of July celebration many years ago as well. Seeing these two still enjoying music all these years later is a cool feeling. It’s always cool to see and hear from students that are accomplishing their goals. As well as, hear from parents that appreciate the experience that their children had learning at my school. Cheers! To all of my students; past and present, that are still kicking ass.
