On my continuous journey for better health I must share these 2 new books on my daily life.
The 21 Day Reset Cookbook is absolutely PHENOMENAL with delicious and easy recipes with NO GLUTEN NO LECTINS NO SUGAR NO DAIRY. They are yummy 😋
I had given to friends as gifts and everyone is enjoying.
The second is The BE HERE NOW journal by .It's a mindful journal for daily reflection, which is a great tool to navigate life in a healthy way.

Both are a great combination for a success life!!
