Menu Charms.

This bride did not want a table menu’s in gold acrylic as this can become pricey for 200 guests. Instead we opted to design menu charms for the guests to take home. This worked out well as a favor and beautiful addition to the look and feel of this wedding.

Mommying comes with no instruction manual. It is not for the weak or impatient. It tests your limits & pushes every button possible. It will be your greatest accomplishment & life lesson on a minute by minute, second by second basis. There are NO DAYS OFF.

Can I be transparent for a second? I don’t think it truly dawned on me that Gabrielle was wearing a black wedding dress until actual wedding day.

As I left her to get dressed, we gathered the bridal party for first look, I realized, the ladies had no clue she was wearing black, at all which was her first look purpose.

Throughout the planning process, of course she mentioned it but I presume in the back of my mind I was thinking reception dress because by default the world thinks White for bridal dresses. My mind never switched to the thought of her actual gown being black.

When she stepped out of the elevator to walk toward the Bridal Party, I honestly was so happy for her. She just looked absolutely AMAZING in HER BLACK Dress and cathedral veil.

Understand, a BLACK wedding dress is a big NO to many if not most but she owned it and that’s what matters. One has to be comfortable in doing so.

The type of courage that it takes to spiritually, mentally and emotionally prepare yourself for this type of decision is major knowing the judgment that that may come with.

Many times, Brides do what “the family, Grandma thinks or Mom(s) think to make everyone around her happy on her wedding day.

CHEERS TO FOR NOT DGAF and the genuine reaction and support from her wife sealed the deal.

Gabrielle. I applaud to you for being beyond brave. Unique. Courageous. For stepping out of the box. Going against the “Norm”. Being Unapologetically you. Completely Unforgiving to the world. Selfish on your day. Fearless. Bold and a little BIZZARE! I LOVE YOU FOR IT!!!!!

Happy 1 month to my 3rd Sonshine, Kruz.

As a small business owner, We work through all holidays, birthdays including our family, kids & friends, weekends & more sacrificing our time with our families to give our best selves to others. I have been strict with myself this time around. Maternity Leave has been so necessary. How many entrepreneur mommies agree? How did you allot your time? I realized with this last pregnancy how important it was for me to disconnect from work for that much needed mommy + work-life balance as I had not done that with the last 2 pregnancies.

I mean, I went into labor 2 days after my very last wedding in July and delivered within 2 hours once my water broke. I truly thought I was going to have to start pushing in my husbands car. I reached triage at 12:50 and Kruzito was here by 1:20 🎉

3rd boy under 3 years old,
3rd birth with no epidural 😩😩😩
How does the epidural help ladies? I’d love to know!?

Each birth happened in lightening speed but Kruz was record timing. My water broke around 11:30 with only 2 contractions 20 mins apart The third was 5 min from the second and In between each contraction, we’re running in circles gathering the boys (Kross and Kree) belongings as they were ever so peacefully sleeping, snoring and sprawled out like they had a hard day at work.

When I tell you I am over it (pregnancy, that is) and over joyed at the same time, believe me when I say.

Mommy’s out there, I salute you. We are remarkable. We run businesses and or work 9-5, man the fort, hold the house down, doctors visits, school meetings, attend all sports practices & games, cook, clean, mom full time non-stop, wife non-stop & somehow figure out where to fit time for ourselves.

Fill me in on your mom/work life balance tips? I neeeeed it!

We are super anxious to find out what our new baby boy will look like and have as far as features!

Crazy enough, my 2 yr old, Kross looks like my Abuelo and my mom.

My 1 yr old, Kree looks like he should be my sister’s kid.

Where does Kree get his red hair? My Sister is a Ginger like Kree. Our Great grandmother was a Ginger and my husband’s Grandfather also had Red hair ties. It runs in both sides of our family.

What do you all think? Will Baby Boy #3 have tight jet black curls like Krossy or Bouncy Red curls like Kree Kree?

Let me tell you about getting pics taken in Tulum after 2 years of being married and not having had a wedding.

So I get my makeup done by the incredible Ivan . Get in a Taxi to head to the phtotshoot location. I send the driver the address that I was provided for the Cenote in Tulum, Mexico.

The location is called Cenote Cristalino.

The driver takes me to Cenote Cristal. It was completely abandoned 😫 I get back in the car and show him my phone and ask him to pull his GPS. I’m now 30 Mins in the opposite direction. My husband, the photographer and videographer are at the actual location waiting for me, in the heat.

As I tell the driver in Spanish the location again and literally ask for his number to send him the marked location via Whatsapp, I also put him on the phone with the photographer who gives him reassurance of the location and landmarks. He tells her he knows where that is. Ok great, off we go.

You wouldn’t believe he took me to apartment complexes somewhere in Tulum and I’m another 30 mins out.

I’m now 1 hr late and still 30 mins away. My shoot was only scheduled for 1 hr and 30 mins. 😵‍💫😵‍💫

At this point, I demand he use my GPS of which successfully took me to my location.

As I pull up & get out of the Taxi my husband and the videographer tell me the photographer just left, they have another booking.

I can’t even get upset because I truly understand. I would have done the same

The videographer Lighthouse Media]] steps up and says “F it, let’s make it do what it do”.

I NEED TO SCREAM at the top of my lungs THANK YOU to for being able to still capture pictures for us! It was a pure struggle but you were amazing. I can’t wait to see the video ❤️
