Thinking of adding a photo booth to your wedding day? 📸 Here are some key questions to ask vendors to ensure everything's picture-perfect:
- Is your photo booth available on my wedding date and time? (Pretty straightforward, right? 😉)
- Have you worked at my venue before? Space and a power source are key! A vendor with experience at your venue will know the best spot for the booth before the day of. The position of the booth is crucial to keep the party vibe going strong. Keeping the Photo Booth in the main reception ensures guests aren’t missing out on the dance floor while they wait for their photo op!
- Do you carry liability insurance? Many venues require vendors to have this, so it's a good idea to confirm with both the vendor and your venue.
- Will there be an attendant for the photo booth? Is there an extra fee? An attendant can handle any hiccups and keep the fun rolling smoothly, so ask if they’re included or cost extra!
- Consider how many hours you’d like the Photo Booth to be there and ask how much time it takes to set up the photobooth so they are able to set up before guests enter the reception space

If you’re honored to be the maid or matron of honor at your friends wedding, we’ve got you covered with these MUST haves list for the big day:
- Have an Emergency kit prepared for the day including lipstick, shout wipes ,hair spray, double sided tape, hair pins, safety pins, nail polish, perfume, etc.
- Make sure to have all the contact info of all the vendors hired
- If the getting ready process is in a hotel, make sure you have access to a room key for the bride’s room.
- Make sure rings are given to the best man prior to walking down the aisle.
- During the ceremony make sure to pass your bouquet to the next bridesmaid and fix the bride’s dress, then hold her bouquet throughout the ceremony. Once it done, return the bouquet and fix her dress before she walks back out of the aisle.
