Fort Lauderdale is a desirable touristic destination for the LGBTQ Community, the bears and everybody who loves to be at the beach, where people come to spend a vacation and enjoy the "Venice of America". Right now a group of local young visionary entrepreneurs are joining efforts and dedication to bring an unique event for the local community and promote the city of Fort Lauderdale, an event that will place us at the level of International Bear events currently happening every year in countries such as Spain, Germany and Australia (among others), and other events throughout the United States, Central and South America. This event is looking to increase tourism, promote our city, incentive the local business, the culture, and the arts as well as our internationally recognized nightlife. BearSurrection Fort Lauderdale is also looking to help by showing compassion with our local charity organizations during the different events. BearSurrection Fort Lauderdale will be held every year in the month of April. We are expecting to grow thru the years and make this event a tradition in the city we work, live and love for years. Our intentions are to partner with high-quality sponsors such as hotels, restaurants, local and international businesses, beverage and refreshment companies, local publications and TV Stations to take this event to the level Fort Lauderdale deserves.
