Another reason that brides tend to not be present on their wedding day is because they are so worried about what is going on behind the scenes. When you spend so much time planning something to make sure that every detail is perfect, you are naturally going to want to be involved in the ex*****on of those details once the day arrives. However, it’s important for you to trust your vendors to take care of every moment of your day, from the ceremony set-up to the reception break-down. Have trust in them and ensure that you have a solid plan with them leading up to the day so that you don’t even have to give the orchestration of your event a second thought as you soak in every moment of your fabulous wedding day.

There is perhaps no better way to stay present on your big day than to practice gratitude as much as possible. Appreciate all the people who gathered to share this milestone and feel thankful for the amazing event occurring in your honor. Harvesting these feelings will automatically make you more present and happy throughout the day.
