We know you have so many things to consider and plan when it comes to your wedding. Even if you’ve been wondering when to book your florist or if they’ll even be a good fit and even going about it can seem a little daunting.

We’re here to help guide you and make our process very straightforward (and fun) as possible!

There may be a chance you can book your florist within a 6 month window however, we are seeing our bookings increasing for 2025 and scheduling over a year in advance.

Sounds a little scary if you’re unsure of your exact vision or unsure of every detail at this moment.

Don’t stress! Not everything has to be locked in at the start with West & Rock. You don’t need to have every detail accounted for, we provide flexibility within your inspiration and overall vision.

Here’s a few things to be mindful before you inquire:

🤍 Have your wedding date and venue secured
🤍 Knowing your floral budget is best
🤍 DO provide your florist with all the info you do know
🤍 DO provide inspo photos or your Pinterest board
🤍 DO make sure their style matches your own so you know it’ll be a perfect match!

Our studio creates only a handful of events per month to grant enough time in between events for pre-production and planning. We continue to book into 2025 and look forward to serving you.

You may be surprised to know I had a very unconventional start in the floral world. I never intended on starting a flower business or becoming a florist!

If this reaches you in the pocket of service I have, a small update -

There are truly no words that can express the devastation and destruction we have experienced during Hurricane lan.

We are grieving and gutted to our core as an entire community as we face unthinkable challenges, displacement, gas, food and water shortages.

I personally find it insensitive to post to my page here as there’s much more happening behind the scenes and areas of need. I’m able to assist and help in our efforts to support our devastated family, friends, vendors and surrounding community.

On a side note, my husband and children are safe with minor damage to our home compared to so many others. Some immediate family did not fare as kindly and lost their entire home to flooding. We are breathing and alive and that is all that matters.

Thank you SO much for your thoughts, prayers, and space as we all navigate the unknown right now.

SWFL is strong and the community is already showing up with hope as we're helping our neighbors and others around us right now.

Please let me know if I can help you or your loved ones in anyway. I do have children's clothing, diapers, wipes, water and other essentials I'm able to donate.

Please understand that the power, internet and cell service is spotty or not functioning at all. I'll try to update and respond the best I can.

SWFL is strong and can rebuilt!

As cell service permits, I’m currently trying to reach out to all of my October, November and December couples.

This is only a fraction of the sweat equity we invest into our couples visions. It takes an uncounted number of hours that goes into conceptualizing, designing hardware, sourcing, building, painting, cutting, securing aircraft cable (which is by far the best way to hang an installation).

We’re good at problem solving, assembling, placing, and stepping back every few minutes to make sure it was all coming together just as the bride envisioned!
