I added an other trophy to the line up and finally brought the sign down from Nevada. 2nd place in ribs this year.

I smoked 2 racks of beef ribs for people today. This is the rack I kept for us.

For all of my SWFL followers. Every year on the 4th of July San Carlos Park Fire Department has a Parade, and after the Parade New Day Christian Chrurch gives out Hot Dog lunches. This year I'm donating 5 briskets that I will be there slicing and handing out for FREE. Yes that's right you can come on down and get a FREE brisket lunch. Starting at 10:00 first come first serve until the meat is gone. There will also be hot dogs, chips, and water.

Eggfest in Bonita Springs was a huge success. We started out with over 100 pounds of Brisket, handed out over 1000 samples and won second place in people's choice. It seemed like we had a line at our tent the whole time and I couldn't slice fast enough to keep up. I can't wait till next year.
