His experience gave him the ability to start his own business, Jamie’s Cuisine, offering high-end Events Catering and Personal Chef Dinners. He believes in pleasing people in any way possible through his food and attentive service, listening to what kind of experience his guests are hoping for and striving to meet their expectations. He knows the importance of convenience without substituting quality, his abilities are endless and as any Chef will tell you, you never stop learning. As a ‘boutique’ caterer Chef Jamie wants to ensure that his is able to be there for you, not just during your planning process but also at your event.
