We are fortunate and pleased to share that our water and electric are restored as of today. We’ve inspected the facility and are also happy to announce that we did not suffer any damages to our space.

There is still ample clean up to do around the plaza which we will be focusing on this week. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back.

We are temporarily closed as we assess the damages from Hurricane Ian to our venue, and our community. Once it’s safe to return and basic utilities are restored, we will provide an update and begin reaching out to current clients about potential postponements. We do not have any additional information at this time and appreciate your patience.

Looking for a motivated high energy team player that can perform general cleaning and maintenance duties in our buildings. Provides assistance to staff as necessary. Perform all duties related to maintaining the general cleanliness and safety of our facilities and offices as well as moving/setting tables and chairs as needed.

This is an hourly position PT position that can be FT some weeks depending on event schedule.

Key Job Responsibilities:

-Clean hard surface floors by sweeping and mopping.
- Clean and sanitize windows, bathrooms, kitchen.
-Move large tables and chairs when necessary
to set for events and follow to safety guidelines
-Keep inventory of maintenance items stocked.
- Report needed repairs and conditions requiring service.
- Perform other duties as needed by manager.
- Evening and Weekend availability
- Must be dependable, honest, have communications skills and professional appearance.

Requirements:
-Nights and weekend availability
- Lift and move up to 49lbs
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching and reaching below waist and above head
- Ability to climb ladders without limitation

Event or Venue experience a plus!!

Reliable transportation and ability to meet physical requirements a must.
