I have been professionally trained by a Culinary Graduate & Trainer of Johnson & Wales(whom has worked in food banks, Hilton, culinary instructor, cook in U.S. Army, and has worked along side some of the finest Chefs in the world). I have taken many classes in person & online to stay up to date on the new designs of baking. I am passionate about my cakes & b

aking. I have baked cakes for Weddings, Birthdays, Mother's Day, Church Functions, Family Functions & more. Steps for Cakes & Baking goods:

(1).Phone interview. (a).Date of Event
(b).Type of product, Flavors, moisture, sweetness, etc...
(c). Number of people expected at event
(d). Delivery or pickup
(e). Clients ideas & needs

(2).CLIENTS WILL CALL ME BACK IF INTERESTED. During the phone call I will set up a date & time for a tasting. Tasting:
(a).Clients will pick their wedding or specialty cake & design at this meeting. I present my contract for all clients to carefully read. This will be returned to me signed and dated after all pricing is set. (This is for the clients protection as well as my companies). Phone call with pricing. (5). Meeting
(a). Retrieve signed contract
(b). 50% of quoted price due at meeting and signing of contract. Other 50% of quoted price due when delivered or picked up). (c). Fee owed for all borrowed items: cake stands, plates, etc... are due at this meeting. This price is according to what is borrowed. (6). Delivery or pickup of baked goods
(a). Collect all moneys owed. (7). Meeting for feedback & retrieval of any loaned plates, etc....

Fee returned after returned borrowed cake stands, plates, etc..... are returned this day.
