A Moment’s Notice is proud to have served the Treasure Coast for nearly 20 years. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your weddings, special events and memorable celebrations. We are grateful to have had the privilege to employ, train, and develop transferable skills in many young people. We have truly left our mark.
We have made the decision to officially discontinue our Catering Services. We are grateful for the many people we have met over the years and countless faces that became family through repeated support. Thank you for all your support. Keep Celebrating!☺️

It's HIRING time again!

A Moment's Notice Event Planning is looking to hire staff that are interested in catering and event planning to work during our season and hopefully continue throughout the year. Many of our staff members are high school and college students. Some students have continued to work with us through college and beyond. No experience is required. Everyone must attend our all day training to begin work. We are looking to hire staff aged 16 years or older that would be interested in the following positions:

Dishwasher

Hostess/Server

Kitchen Staff / Quality Control

Equipment Loaders

A Moment’s Notice Event Planning is Hiring!!

Want a job that doesn’t require all of your time? Wedding season is fast approaching and A Moment’s Notice is hiring several positions. We are a full service catering and event planning firm on the Treasure Coast that assists in weddings, banquets, parties and other social functions. These positions are On-Call so applicants need to be flexible with scheduling, hours and days. Schedules will be available one to two weeks prior to events and you will be notified of hours needed.

We are hiring for the following positions:
Banquet Server/Hostess
Quality Control/Runner
Dishwasher
Requirements:

Must be 16 years or Older
Prior exposure or interest in culinary arts or hospitality is preferred
Must have upbeat personality and great communication skills
Must have reliable transportation
Must be organized and punctual
Must be able for to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift at least 40lbs.
