We’re ending our Founder Spotlight with our 3rd Co-Founder!

Meet Johnny C of Ace50 Media!

Johnny C was born in Fort Walton Beach, raised in DeFuniak Springs, and graduated from Walton High School as Valedictorian. He started his media career at 16, working for the DeFuniak TV station, filming his high school’s football and basketball games. Additionally Johnny wrote a PSA at 16 that won an Emerald Coast Addy Award.

Later, he started his radio career at 19, working at 99 Rock while attending Northwest Florida State College. Johnny graduated from UCF with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Radio-Television Production, earning the most outstanding student award in his major at the Nicholson School of Communication and Media.

His first job out of college involved traveling the country and abroad, working for Golfweek Magazine, producing videos for their website. He then worked as production director for what is now JVC broadcasting for 4 years.

He now owns ACE50 Media, providing Trivia Nights all over Okaloosa and Walton Counties, including Sunday Nights in Niceville at Wharf 850, DJ/MC services, video and podcast production, sports media and public address announcing.

Some of Johnny C’s other accomplishments include a feature in Emerald Coast Magazine in 2016, and an inaugural 40 Under 40 Honoree for the United Way of the Emerald Coast. He was also dubbed “Voice of the Emerald Coast”.

Johnny C brings the Crestview Arts Alliance a hefty amount of experience as a Mass Media Arts Professional for 25 years, and knowledge as a business owner for 12 years. Additionally, he has been a FWB Chamber member for 12 years.
