We’ve got some newbies around for the next several days to help us with some Nativity events!

Ruth & Blessing are new to our farm but not new to their roles in live Nativity scenes.

They’ll be part of the crew for our trip to Carmel tomorrow and Huntington on Sunday 🤩 🫏

So many festivals, school events, community parties, church events…..y’all like to party with animals in the fall! 🍁

Roscoe 🐪 (and friends) are out and about this weekend! Today took the crew to West Lafayette to participate in ‘s event. Selfies and smiles all around for all ages!

We’ve got 7 events between today and Sunday, and big thanks go to Yoeman Service Center for keeping our truck in the best shape across the miles! Love this family and their vision and values!

Since 2013, I have been sharing this with new employees when onboarding, but wanted to share publicly. Believe in this more now than ever.

Some of our animals get booked on their own, without the rest of the farm crew joining them….

🐴 Our sweet & spunky mini horse has doubled as a unicorn for the most adorable little photo shoots,
And has wooed people as we walked around Notre Dame’s campus.

🐐 our goats were requested for a special dowrey delivery joke last year!

🐪 Roscoe made a 2 day appearance last month at our local Arab Fest

⚾️🐴 & tonight our mini horse will co-Star with Jim O’Heir (Parks & Rec) at the baseball game. Come enjoy our “Lil Sebastian” plus all the other fun Tincaps festivities!

Generally petting farm guests are able to fit INside this particular trailer to get up close and feed + pet our animals…..
Unless you’re this guy, a man on stilts!

Lots of fun carnival/fair themed entertainment these 3 nights at the Fort Wayne !

They have creative staff who thinks of it all!

Hey baseball ⚾️ fans! Come see, feed, pet, brush, + take selfies with our animals at the games tonight, Friday night, & Saturday night!

A lot of our events are private so it’s fun anytime we get to share about events that anyone can come to (with a Tincaps ticket for these, of course!)

Our crew is already there setting up for tonight, and will be there 6-9 pm each night!

Today we celebrate our main man’s 4️⃣4️⃣th birthday🎈
AND also our 1️⃣7️⃣th wedding anniversary 🎉

So grateful for him! He did an event today with the petting farm & pony rides at a campground down in Greenfield. And now we head to celebrate in true Derek style…eating Indian food at a random little restaurant in a GAS STATION ⛽️! 😆

Sometime we’ll share the story of how/why we even chose “Joy Journey” as our brand name! It was intentional & started back in the season before we got married. Pic #2 is from way back then when those kids were just getting started…..
